Great store to shop! Staff is great! I love best buy because of their unbiased approach to helping consumers with their purchase. The staff will share their opinions on different products when asked, but for the most part they do not favor a certain brand over another. They will tell you everything you might need to know in order to make an educated buying decision.
You can't buy video games anymore. Just codes to download, and there is no exchange. That's a problem for gift giving. Best buy sucks. Use Amazon like a real person
Best Buy in Milford is Awesome. Very nice employees always willing to help. When looking to buy new computer they compared the one's I had my eye on. Told me the difference between them.
Every time I'm in here the staff are just standing around talking to each other. If you look like you're going to ask them for help, they walk away and pretend to be busy. Actually had an employee walk away from me when I said "excuse me, can you help me?" Only reason I keep going is because I'm a rewards member and their prices are fairly competitive with other local stores. However, their customer service could use a HUGE overhaul because there is tons of room for improvement
I can't say I have any complaints. The staff has always been nice and helpful. The store is tidy, organized, and usually has what you need.
