Stupid. Bunch of meatheads in there depending on what time you go. Staff is useless. Overall good if you like boybands or want to pretend you are in a real gym. God forbid you make a grunt or sound while lifting....they sound an alarm.....
Great gym! Equipment is all new amd interior was recently done over. Cant beat the price of ten dollars a month!
Great gym. Updated locker room and machines.
No fans, at all. No stair climbers, no kettle bells. Most Planet Fitnesses have SYNRGY360 systems now, Milford of course does not. Staff is nice and locker rooms are new though so I guess that's supposed to make up for everything that's missing =-/
It's a decent-sized gym. There are a lot of machines there for anyone's use. Although, it is usually busy on the weekends, it is less busy on the weekdays.
Not for serious gym members.
