I have called numerous times to be told, no appointments available for a week. I have had to go to the ER to get antibiotic for a sinus infection. Also, I have been using lidocaine pain patches for a work related from 2010. My last refill was April 3,2017. I was told that I could not get any refills because Lidocaine pain patches are a controlled substance... LMAO.... I can buy them over the counter at any store. I am feeling very frustrated with the care I am Not receiving. I have several health issues that have been thrown under the carpet..... I am losing faith in the quality of service.....

Awful, receptionist think shes working with animals, my husband wait 3 weeks for appointment, arrive the day of the appointment he was working get out of the job and arrive 10mins late and they say they cant take him because his 20 minutes late? It was 1:10pm the appointment was for 1pm theres no 20 mins there!
Very disapointed.
I am not sure about the doctors, but the recepcionists treat people like they are dealing with pigs. They ate rude, impatient and impolite.
I hate to say that, but they just act this way with people who are less fortunate. People who are humble and simple or do not speak fluent English.
While I really liked my doctor at this location the office was to painful to call. Every time I had to call I would be put on hold for 20-30 mins at a time and even longer when you were transferred around and around. I finally lost my patience when trying to deal with calling the office when very sick so I changed doctors. You can never just call and get someone to answer without being put on hold and I also have had numerous prescription issues when having to renew or pick up a prescription.
If you are miserable on your job go find something else.
