Very good, the burgers & fries were great! The staff was friendly. The banana milkshake was delicious! The only dislike was I noticed the prices had gone up again since my last visit to a five guys. It was over $25 for 2 burgers, 1 regular fry & a shake. It used to be less. It was delicious though & we really enjoyed It! The store was very clean as well. 5☆
Excellent burgers and fries, most of all, there was a mix up on one of my orders, it was handled extremely well and was greatly appreciated. Will be back very soon !
Food tasted good, but I thought the fries could have been a bit crispier.
Bad service! Went there with the fam and everyone had gotten their dinner, but my boyfriend did not get his as the cashier had gotten his order wrong. He ended up having to wait 30 more mins for his plain cheeseburger while the new customers just walk into store, went past him by and got their food all right before him!
Quality REAL food! Not made until YOU order it, and made ESPECIALLY for you. Burgers, fries, hot dogs, and if you really don't dig meat, veggie sandwiches and grilled cheese. Don't forget a milkshake! But have you seen the soda machine? So many options in that thing! The music is great, the workers are friendly. It's a laid back fun place for everyone, and I mean everyone. PEANUTS ARE OUT IN THE OPEN. If HIGHLY allergic, maybe don't go in. However, the workers are VERY safe about cross contamination. So if you have a food allergy at all, let em know, and it will be handled with care.
I have both receipts with 35 mins apart between the first and second order so that proved how terrible the service was even tho it was hardly busy at all in a nearly emptied restaurant. What a joke.
