We live in Warwick, RI. My mom is a long time employee for Accent. On November 1, 2017 my oldest daughter passed away after a brief sudden illness at the age of 16. We have family from all over New England so we had many family members staying in a hotel in Warwick. It was important to us that transportation for everyone was simple, however the funeral home simply could not provide transportation for everyone. Without hesitation, without me even having to ask or consider asking, Accent Limousine stepped up and provided cars for ALL of my out of town family so they would be able to travel to and from the services easily and in groups. I have no idea how many cars we even used, but it was enough. And it was so incredibly generous and thoughtful in a time of need. The most simple thoughts and actions became the most difficult for me to put together and this one small but huge detail was simply just taken care of with class, tenderness and so much thought.

Used Accent for our recent trip into Logan airport and the service was great! Our driver arrived at our home slightly early which eased my mind and was there to greet us (different driver, both great) when we flew back to Boston. Highly recommend Accent Limousine for their courteous and skilled driving.
It's a great company. Very professional, flexible and easy to work with. I have been using them for 5+ years and never had a problem. Even when they did not have a car they made sure I got a ride from a company they work with. The only request for them would be to have a loyalty program so that once in awhile I can get a ride for free after N number of rides which other companies in this business offer.
I cannot thank this company enough, nor can I say enough that they are the right people for your needs, whatever transportation needs you may have, you belong with ACCENT.

My wife and/or I have used Accent a dozen times and every time went smoothly. It's unfortunate that most people who write negative reviews do so based on a one time problem. Repeated issues I can see, but no person or company is perfect so I wish that people who speak negatively of others do so with a little more consideration of the reason and the impact of their comments. I highly recommend Accent.
