Waited on the phone for over five minutes with no answer. Tried ordering online multiple times but their server is down. Horrid customer service. I’ll give my business to their competitor.
Poor management. My delivery was almost an hour late. I called several times and no one answered the store phone. I went to the papa ginos and heard and watched them not pick up the phone. I called Joe over to explain what happened and request my food if it was present. He looked at me baffled. I explained again how late the delivery was and my inability to get in touch with the store. He essentially shrugged and said "it's not here. It's already on the way" and walked away. An apology would've been appropriate, return for delivery fee and or included tip or at the least a phone call at 12 saying the food will be late and the option to pick it up.
