I've had a unit at Secure Self-Storage for many years now. Not only is the office spotless and organized, but the building where I have my unit is always immaculate and has a consistent temperature. They always have a cart for me to use when I need one, and answer all my questions with courtesy and a smile. I think it's the best storage place in town.
I've dealt with other storage places but this is the only one that I would recommend. I needed a storage area in a short notice and then had to move to a larger one. Christine has been a great help. She shows that she cares about her customers and want them to have the best experience. If I could give them a five star I would.
Worst service ever. Their gate was broken when I arrived and not told why it was open then the entire month it was never fixed. Now I have a cracked windshield though I just had it replaced after the hail storm by jn Phillips autoglass. That's after being threatened to have my property towed on the second day because they forgot mention needing titles until after I already drove the hour their thought I called ahead
this is a very clean storage facility. It is open 24 hour daily. I love that it has lights in each unit at no extra cost. you can pay online each month. there is a gate to enter so it is very secure. rented from here years ago. came back here as it is great place for storage Very Clean . I tell anyone looking for storage to come here. Its a great storage Facility.
I needed storage for a family friend who moved into assisted living a number of years ago. The Milford facility is just great. It was always accessible even after big snow storms, the storage facilities themselves are great - clean and easy to access - and the rates are very competitive. Best, though, is that the management is just great. Every person has been helpful, pleasant, and easy to work with. I would use them again without a thought. I can't recommend them more highly.
