This place is probably one of the friendliest family owned bike shops that I have been visiting since 2011. I have purchased a 2012 Specialized Enduro FSR and Jeff gave me a great deal on it. They are always on top of giving their customers exceptional service and the quality of work they perform on their bicycles are superb. I would recommend this bike shop for anyone who needs their bicycle serviced or who are getting into road or MTB. My Hat is off to Ed Jimmy Jeff and Dane. The guys who work at that shop are great and always are willing to push the extra mile to help the customers. I will buy a bike again and again and trust me they are the BEST!!!

I was raised in Milford and have been coming here for 18 years at least. For the past 10 years I've been a frequent customer and they've been great at advising me as I got more and more into the sport. I've bought 3 bikes new from them and along with that, they've serviced 3 others of mine. Occasional rework required but always human mistakes that they've made right immediately and apologetically. I've never felt pressured, ripped off, taken advantage of or any worse off when walking out of Milford Bike - It's always a good experience, even when I crash a bike.
