Worst experience ever. Customer service is non existent. We leased a vehicle and somehow the could not register it for days. They kept changing stories and really did not feel bad. The arrogance was overwhelming. Even after getting the car late, no apology. I would stay very far away from this place. They took what should be the best experience of ones first car to the worst ever. I have purchased many cars over the years and have never experienced anything like this.
This isn’t one of your typical dealership experiences. Car shopping for me is always dreaded. But today, We got such a different experience at imperial ..we were greeted so friendly and brought right in for our appointment time with Chris Walsh. We were not asked a million questions or standing around like fools, we felt no pressure what so ever ... everyone looked so happy and laid back. Everyone was FRIENDLY. And to top it all off.. this couldn’t have been easier. We didn’t sit around for hours going back and forth, he didn’t call me ten times for ten different things. We knew what we wanted, we told him our price range and he got it from another location of imperial , he introduced use to Steve, one of the sales consultants and had him follow us to check it out and we drove it back. Needless to say- tomorrow we pick up our new car ! Thank you Steve & Chris For making this an easy, ENJOYABLE, non stressful experience.
I can't say enough about the whole process from start to finish in last week's purchase from Imperial Hyundai. From my sales person Ed, his manager Chris and finance manager Mike Walsh Jr it was painless, friendly and certainly customer focused. If your looking for a hard sales pitch like most dealerships, then stay away. You'll be treated with respect and fairness from start to finish. Great addition to the Imperial lineup.
