The receptionist was extremely rude. When I asked for her help, if she could make a phone call to my son's dr.s office, she said "can you?!" I am appalled as to the rudeness and explained that I had done everything on my end to transfer records, signed forms, faxed, called, etc and was just asking for some help on her end. Extremely rude! Then, when I asked to speak to an office manager she refused to put me through. She does not deserve to be answering the phone - very unprofessional!! So sorry but I will have to take my business elsewhere. We had a stellar staff and group in NH and I will not accept mediocrity or abuse.
