Gorgeous hotel for your money's worth!! Everything in the hotel is Brand New. We chose to stay here because we were attending an event in Milford. We've reached early so, got an early check in and received our room keys within minutes at the front desk. We were offered an upgraded room upon check-in. Team was very warm and welcoming. Rooms were well appointed. The Front Desk staff were professional, helpful and welcoming. The Housekeeping staff were efficient, friendly and responded quickly. The hotel is New, clean, spacious and appealing. Our room was brilliant. I couldn't have asked for better. The shower was fantastic. The bed was cozy and comfortable. We would stay here again. Happy!!!
It looks and feels good. Been updated so I came from Portland OR for bizz and gave it a shot. If your in it for the points its way worth it and its very obvious Best Western is putting money were it should.... Good Job..
Kind and helpful staff! Newly done over rooms are quiet and clean. Easy access on/ off Rte 495.
The hotel front desk staff were professional looking and in the way they interacted with me. They were very friendly and helpful. Just an A+ staff. The woman who was at the breakfast and filling the food and keeping everything fresh was exceptional. She is also in training for front desk duties.She is a person if I was management would want to hold on too. The cleaning staff could not have been better. They were never intrusive but very helpful and friendly and provided me with what ever I needed.
I’m giving it Four Stars. The hotel went under construction nearly a year ago, braved the construction, and continued to serve guests with a warm smile throughout the overhaul of a new lobby, front desk, every hallway on every floor in every single and double room. The Milford Inn emerges from this dark cocoon of construction a butterfly. The Hotel sparkles with newness and a bold Modern interior design. Not only does the Milford Inn emerge a butterfly , but it also emerges from the construction as a Best Western. Fortune Boulevard. Isn’t it lovely!
